Thank you for choosing a Go McGuire Group rental property. We hope this short guide will help you through the application and move in process.
Application Process
* Applications are $100.00 per person 18 years or older.
* Applications are completed and paid for on line. If you do not have internet access or prefer to pay in person you may print the application and drop off a check or money order.
* Applications are reviewed on a first come first serve basis, and the most qualified applicant is approved.
* Properties are not “on-hold” without a corresponding security deposit. If you want to secure the property while your application is being reviewed, then you must place the security deposit with the application.
* If your application is declined your deposit will be returned to you.
* Application fees are non-refundable.
* Immediate disqualification (Pets on the dangerous breed list, Evictions, Felonies)
* Once you have submitted your application and paid the fee you will receive an email asking your permission to run the credit and background report. Simply follow the instructions from the email. Your application cannot be considered without completing this step.
* When your application is approved your security deposit is due and you will be provided an email with further instructions.
* Failure to pay your security deposit will result in a canceled application.
* If the property you are renting is located within an HOA or Condo association, you will need to complete that paperwork, and drop off the corresponding payment/s along with a signed copy of your lease to Go McGuire Group prior to the Association approval process.
Lease
Once your application is approved and the security deposit is received your lease will be sent for e-signature.
If you do not have computer access you may pick up your lease when you drop off the security deposit funds.
Move in Instructions
You will be provided instructions based on your individual situation prior to move in. This section should serve as a guide for office policies.
* Check in is completed at the Go McGuire Group Office (make an appointment)
* To pick up keys you’ll need to bring certified funds or money order only (No Exceptions)
* Proof of utility transfer (Water/ Gas/ Electric, etc)
* You will have 72 hours to do your own walk-though of the property and report any pre-existing issues present.
